What does Husqvarna warranty service cover?
Husqvarna Warranty Service covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Husqvarna will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
How to obtain Husqvarna Warranty Service
Should you require warranty service, stop using the product immediately, and return it in a complete set, either to the dealer you purchased it from, or a Husqvarna authorized service center recommended by your dealer.
The returned product must be accompanied by reliable proof of purchase, including a filled-in warranty card, invoice, or receipt showing the date of purchase, model number, serial number, and the dealer’s name and address.
Information available online
Your purchase information can also be found online if the product is registered. Nevertheless, products that are registered still need to be accompanied with a reliable proof of purchase.
Husqvarna recommends that all customers register purchased products online. Alternatively, you may instruct your Husqvarna authorized dealer to register the product at the point of purchase.
Should Husqvarna or a Husqvarna authorized dealers determine that the defect or damage is not covered by the Legal Warranty, the authorized dealer will repair the product with his extensive knowledge and Genuine parts and will charge for repair service.
