Where to find help if an error message appears in Automower® Connect or the mower display
Exactly what you need to do to remedy a specific problem with your Automower® robotic lawn mower depends on what error has occurred. Sometimes, it is as easy as removing an obstacle and restarting the mower; other times, it can be more complex, for example, if there is no loop signal or if a part of the mower is broken.

You can always turn to the operator’s manual for information on what to do. All manuals are available on Husqvarna.com > Support. Check the Troubleshooting section in the manual for instructions on what to do when something is wrong with your mower or installation.

If you have added your product to the Automower® Connect app, you can find the operator’s manual in the app under More > Support.
