What is the lifetime of my BLi battery?

The lifetime of your BLi battery depends on the application and usage.

Typically, the lifetime of Husqvarna BLi batteries is up to 600 complete cycles for consumer batteries and up to 1500 complete cycles for professional batteries. A complete cycle refers to one complete charge and discharge.

Consumer batteries: BLi10, BLi20, BLi22, BLi30, 40-B70, 40-B140

Pro models: BLi100, BLi200, BLi200X, BLi300, BLi950X

The lifetime of your battery depends mainly on:

• The climate the battery is used and stored in. Very cold and very hot temperatures are not good for the battery lifetime.
• The tool the battery is being used in. In a hedge trimmer the battery will last longer compared to a blower or a brush cutter where the battery has to handle more constant and high loads over a long period of time.
• If the battery is stored over long periods of time with a very low or very high state of charge it will age faster. Around 50% state of charge is therefore recommended for long-term storage.
• How old the battery is. The battery will also lose capacity over time, not just during usage.
