No loop signal – Automower® error message

The message No loop signal is displayed when the Automower® robotic lawn mower is not able to detect the loop signal from the boundary wire.

Common causes:

• No power supply to the charging station. The power supply unit may be disconnected from a wall socket or a house fuse may have blown.
• The boundary wire is not properly connected to the charging station.
• The boundary wire is broken: for example, it may have been cut during gardening.
