My product is displaying an error code or alarm. What should I do?

If your Husqvarna product is displaying an error code and you are not sure what to do, you can either check the product assistant, the operator’s manual or the Husqvarna Connect app for more information.

For many Husqvarna products you can search for the error code or message in the product assistant found in the support section on Husqvarna.com. The assistant will guide you to a solution.

Operator’s manual

You can always turn to the operator’s manual for information on what to do. All manuals are available on Husqvarna.com, on the support section.

Operator’s manual in Husqvarna Connect

If your product is supported by the Husqvarna Connect app and you have added your product to the app, you can find the operator’s manual in the app. If you download it in advance, you will always have access to the manual even if you are offline.

To download the manual

  1. Open the app and select your product.
  2. Select the Support tab and click Operator’s Manual.
  3. To download the manual, click the download icon .

Husqvarna Connect for Bluetooth-connected products

If your product is a Bluetooth-connected product and it is displaying an error, you can add it to Husqvarna Connect and connect to it using Bluetooth. An error message will now be displayed in the product overview. Tap the error message to learn more about the problem and what to do about it.

Some Bluetooth connected products can also give you feedback when the product is used incorrectly.

Note: This only applies to products that are supported by Husqvarna Connect and connected using Bluetooth.
