How to restart a firmware update in Husqvarna Fleet Services™

If you activate a firmware update, but the product, for example, has been moved too far away from the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or gateway during the update process, the firmware update will be interrupted*. The status of the product will be changed to Downloading done, Waiting to update or Update paused, depending on when the process was interrupted.

Restart a firmware update

If the firmware update has been interrupted, it can easily be restarted:

  1. Position the machine close to an active Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or gateway.
  2. Verify that the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ system does not indicate a low sensor battery.
  3. Open the installation checklist. Verify that the requirements in the checklist are fulfilled. When they are, the product will restart the update.
  4. Wait for Husqvarna Fleet Services™ to complete the firmware update.

When the update is complete, a notification is displayed in the app confirming that the update was successful, and the battery charge indicators and Bluetooth indicator will be lit solid (not flashing).
