
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return or exchange the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the cancellation request form.
How to request a Return or Exchange
If you want to return or cancel your purchase (note eligibility rules above/below) please download the cancellation form above, complete and return it to Customer Service for authorisation via online.supportuk@husqvarnagroup.com
Returning your items – by post
Once Customer Service have approved your request - please then follow these steps:
- Pack all items in the original boxes. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
- Customer Service will help you arrange the collection date at the delivery address.
- Money will be refunded upon receipt and validation of completeness and condition.
- If you have further questions, please contact us via email.
Returning your items – to a Dealer
Once Customer Service have approved your request - please then follow these steps:
- Pack all items in the original boxes. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
- Return items to your designated dealer, together with a copy of your order confirmation and cancellation form.
- Money will be refunded once the dealer has sent it to Husqvarna and a validation of completeness and condition.

Rules on Returning and Exchanging Items with discovered defects
During the warranty period customers are entitled to notify Husqvarna of any discovered defects and demand repair within a reasonable time-frame. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer. For further details see Terms & Conditions.
Customers have the right to refuse collection / taking delivery of ordered products and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to Husqvarna UK Limited, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.
To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.
