No loop signal – Automower® error message

The message No loop signal is displayed when the Automower® robotic lawn mower is unable to detect the loop signal from the boundary wire.

Common causes:

  • Power supply issues: No power supply to the charging station. The power supply unit may be disconnected from the wall socket or a house fuse may have blown.
  • Improper connection: The boundary wire is not properly connected to the charging station.
