Collision sensor problem – Automower® error message

The message Collision sensor problem is displayed when the collision sensors of your Automower® robotic lawn mower are activated.

Common causes:

  • The product has collided with an object and cannot move away from that area. For example, the product is stuck under outdoor furniture.
  • The product needs cleaning. Remove debris in-between the body and chassis with a brush.
  • The product body is not fully in place.
  • The grass is too long.
  • The cutting height is too low.
