User does not receive invite to Husqvarna Fleet Services™

If you signed up for Husqvarna Fleet Services™ and did not receive a registration email, please contact your local Husqvarna sales company.

If you have invited a user to your existing Husqvarna Fleet Services™ company and the user has not received an email, you can resend the invitation.

How to resend an invitation

  1. Log into your Husqvarna Fleet Services™ account.
  2. Click Users in the top menu.
  3. Click Pending invites.
  4. Click the three dots next to the user.
  5. Click Resend invite.

There may be several reasons why your company activation link does not work:

  • Your activation link has already been used. If it has been used, you can log in with the credentials that you signed up with.
  • Your signup has been deleted by a sales company user. Contact your local sales company to find out more.
  • Your invitation has been deleted by a manager in your company.
  • The URL is not correct. Please try opening the link from the signup email again.
