Adding a 500-series Automower®robotic lawn mower to Husqvarna Fleet Services™

To add a 500-series Automower® robotic lawn mower to Husqvarna Fleet Services™, you need to be within Bluetooth range of the mower and use the mobile app. Then follow the instructions below.

Note: An Automower® robotic lawnmower can only have one active Bluetooth connection at a time. Make sure that no one else who has an active connection to the mower is nearby before trying to add it to Husqvarna Fleet Services™.

  1. Open the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app.
  2. Select the Inventory tab and tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Add robotic mower.
  4. Select Via Bluetooth.Open the Automower® Connect app by tapping Continue (or tap Go to App Store to download the app if you do not already have it).
  5. Turn on the main switch on your mower. Your Automower® robotic lawn mower is now discoverable for 180 seconds. Stay near the mower until the pairing is complete.
  6. Wait for the mower to show in the list. If the mower does not show in the list in approx. 30 seconds, restart your mower.
  7. Select the mower that you want to add.
  8. Enter your pin code.
  9. Tap Acquiring pairing code.
  10. Give the mower a name in Husqvarna Fleet Services™.
  11. Tap Done.
  12. Select Inventory and verify that the mower is now found in the list.

The mower has now been added to Husqvarna Fleet Services™

Already included in a fleet?

If you are trying to add a robotic lawn mower but receive a notification that it is already included in a fleet, you need to contact Husqvarna support. An Automower® robotic mower can only be added to one Husqvarna Fleet Services™ solution.
