Common questions

Husqvarna Service Plus is a product repair and maintenance contract that covers planned maintenance and repairs on a new product during 36 or 60 months. The service is performed by a Husqvarna authorised service partner. 

Husqvarna Service Plus can offer financial protection by covering the costs of repairs or maintenance. This can be especially beneficial for high-cost items, as unexpected repairs can be expensive. You pay a one-time or periodic fee, making it easier to budget for potential future repairs. This can be more predictable than dealing with unexpected and potentially significant repair costs.

To be eligible for Husqvarna Service Plus you must enroll within 30 days after the purchase of a new Husqvarna product.  

Husqvarna Service Plus does not cover damage resulting from accidents, intentional misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the product owner. In addition, Husqvarna Service Plus does not cover product accessories, consumables, or installation work, and boundary wire for robotic lawnmowers.

Note that Husqvarna Service Plus can be added up to 30 days after product purchase, please visit your dealer or purchase the repair and maintenance agreement online at Husqvarna MyPages.

Maintenance should be performed according to the recommendations in the product's operator manual. For professional customers, service is performed once a year at your nearest Husqvarna Dealer, except for ride-on mowers where service is performed twice a year.
