Automower® Review Sweepstakes – Official Rules

The Automower® Review Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc., 9335 Harris Corners Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28269 (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, and the family or household members of each, are not eligible to enter.

The Sweepstakes begins on 5/15/2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on 5/31/2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible participants may use either of the following optional methods:

Option A: Submit a Product Review

1. Write an honest review of your Husqvarna Automower® product on Amazon.com or Husqvarna.com for one of the eligible products listed below. Your review must state: “This review was submitted as a sweepstakes entry.”
2. After submitting your review, email a copy or screenshot of the published review to: [usmedia@husqvarnagroup.com] with the subject line: Automower® Sweepstakes Entry.
3. Include your full name and state of residence in the email.

Reviews may be positive, neutral, or negative. The content of the review will not impact your chance of winning.

Option B: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without submitting a review, email your full name and state of residence to: usmedia@husqvarnagroup.com with the subject line: AMOE Automower® Sweepstakes Entry.

Regardless of entry method, there is a limit of one entry per person.

To qualify for entry, leave a product review of your Automower® on either Amazon.com (worth 2 points) or Husqvarna.com (worth 1 point) or both (worth 3 points). The review must pertain to one of the following Husqvarna Automower® products and must contain the following copy: “This review was submitted as a sweepstakes entry.”

To leave a review on Amazon:

To leave a review on Husqvarna:

The winner will be selected by the Sponsor in a random drawing from all entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, either via Option A or via Option B. The odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received by both options. The chances of winning are not affected by your method of entry or by the content of your review. You will receive two entry points for an Amazon review and one entry point for an entry on Husqvarna.com for up to a total of 3 points per entry. 

Potential winners will be notified by email sent to the address used in submitting the entry within [10] days of the drawing. No other notification will be made. Failure to claim a prize within [30] days may result in forfeiture of the prize.

One (1) grand prize winner will receive: $500 Visa® Gift Card

Ten (10) first prize winners will receive: $100 Visa® Gift Card

Visa® gift cards are subject to the Visa® gift card terms and conditions.

Total Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded: $1,500.

Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable, and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize.  Prize may not be upgraded, and no substitutions by winner will be allowed; except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.  Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be awarded.  Winners may waive their right to receive prizes.

Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion.  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.  Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes.  The odds of winning are a function of the number of entries received.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the Sponsor’s decisions in fairly administering the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding. No agent or employee of Sponsor has the authority to modify these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules. Use of automated entries or programs or entries submitted by third parties is prohibited and will be disqualified. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than a single entry by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online, or phone service may apply and are entrant’s responsibility. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) in the event Sponsor is prevented from executing the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, pandemic, public health epidemic or crisis, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, network or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), court order, or federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation (each, a “Force Majeure Event”). Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should any computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes or events corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winner and award the prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to select another winner and hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein.  Sponsor’s clock shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated in any way with Amazon or Visa. Neither Amazon nor Visa is responsible for any aspect of this Sweepstakes.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensees, distributors, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities will have no liability whatsoever for, and entrants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, entry, or participation in this Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or prize delivery.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.  Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to the Sweepstakes Entities (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request of Sponsor) and those acting pursuant to Sponsor and administrator’s authority, the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, each winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including the announcement of his or her name on television or radio broadcast) without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification.  Entrants agree that sponsor shall own the entries, which will not be acknowledged or returned, and that sponsor and its designees shall have the perpetual, worldwide right to edit, publish, and use the entries in any way and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional, and/or other purposes as sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further consideration to entrants or any third party.

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, “Special Damages"), and (4) by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant  waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased.  These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
