How to find the serial number and product information for your Husqvarna product

Find the exact location of your serial number and product number on your Husqvarna product

To identify your product, you need:

  • Product number (PNC/article number)
  • Serial number
  • Model name

These are located on the rating plate (product label).

Common label locations by product type

Garden tractors/riders

  • Under the seat or on the frame

Chainsaws

  • Under the top cover or underside

Robotic lawn mowers

  • Under the top cover or underside

Trimmers/brushcutters

  • On the shaft or motor housing

Pressure washers

  • On the base frame near the engine

Can’t find the label?

  • Check under covers or inside compartments
  • Clean the surface; labels may be dirty or faded
  • If missing:
    - Check receipt or packaging
    - Contact a Husqvarna dealer

You can also find product details in the app:

  1. Open Husqvarna Connect
  2. Select your product
  3. Go to Overview

Here you can view:

  • Model name
  • Serial number
  • Technical specifications

IMPORTANT:

Not all products show PNC and HID in the app.

If information is missing, use the product label on the product.

Find your product information online

Access your product details online through your Husqvarna account after registration.

If your product is registered:

  • Log in to MyPages
  • Select your product
  • View saved product details
