Built for performance and flexibility, all year round

Since introducing its first front-mounted mower in 1987, Husqvarna has continuously refined the concept to set new standards in performance and control. The articulated steering system delivers industry-leading manoeuvrability, while development in Sweden and assembly in Europe ensure long-term durability. Designed for full-time commercial use all year round, these machines also offer the versatility of an all-season tool carrier, with a wide range of attachments to handle almost any task.

For operators working through winter or in exposed conditions, our cabin model P 525DX provides excellent visibility and protection from the elements.

Frequently asked questions

What is the benefit of Husqvarna's rear-articulated steering?

The rear axle has a pivot point that allows the rear wheel to swing in under the body chassis, creating a very tight turn. This makes the front mower extremely manoeuvrable and able to access tight and narrow spaces. It can also cut close around objects like trees in one go, without the need to reverse and repeat the turn.

Which cutting deck should I choose?

Wider cutting decks give higher productivity, but limit the ability to enter tight spaces, between posts or other fixed openings. The majority of Husqvarna cutting decks are Combi decks, designed for BioClip® (mulching) mode or rear discharge mode. Decks are delivered in BioClip mode as standard — when rear discharge is required, the metal plug at the rear of the cutting deck is easily removed.

What is the difference between standard and X-cutting decks in the 500 series?

On standard cutting decks (without X), cutting height is adjusted manually on the deck. On X-cutting decks, it is set from the driver's seat. If you frequently need to change cutting height during a job, the X-cutting decks are the more practical choice.

Which attachments fit my front mower?
