WLC 2026 – days of passion, joy and true skill!

The World Logging Championship 2026 in Šentjernej, Slovenia, brought together the very best in forestry for a few intense days filled with passion, joy, and true skill. The Husqvarna team delivered strong performances, showcasing both determination and true craftsmanship. Beyond the competition, the event became a meeting point for the industry, where visitors from around the world connected with our experts, explored new products, and shared a common passion for forestry.

Husqvarna’s international WLC team

At the World Logging Championship, Husqvarna brought together a world-class team of elite loggers from across the globe. Each one has proven their skill and precision through national qualifying competitions, earning their place among the very best.

Disciplines at the WLC

There are six classic disciplines at the WLC – Fitting another chain, Bucking by combined cuts, Precision bucking, Tree felling, Limbing, and Relay race. Competitors are divided in three classes; Men, Women, and U24. Gold medals will be awarded to the winners in each discipline, and there will also be a total winning team based on the accumulated wins.
