When and how is Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor data uploaded to Husqvarna Fleet Services™?

When a machine with a Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor gets close to a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ Gateway app, the app connects to the machine sensor. This enables the machine sensor to talk to and upload data to the Husqvarna Fleet backend. From there, the information is passed on to and updated in Husqvarna Fleet Services™.

For petrol products it can take up to 30 seconds after you turn off the machine before you can see the machine in the app. All data from when the machine was running will then be uploaded.
For battery products it can take up to 15 minutes after you turn off the machine before you can see the machine in the app. Data is uploaded every 15 minutes while you are using the machine.
