Services by Husqvarna — overview

When buying or leasing Husqvarna products, you can opt for one of the following offers:

Husqvarna Lease Plus

A complete product and service bundle, including maintenance and warranty repairs for the full leasing period.

Husqvarna Lease Plus includes:

• Product use and covers the cost of maintenance and warranty repairs. Yearly maintenance of the equipment is mandatory and included.
• Service can be performed by any authorised Husqvarna dealer.
• The customer has to use and maintain the equipment in accordance with the corresponding operator's manual.
• In the event of a malfunction or need for repair, the customer must immediately stop using the equipment and bring it to the authorised dealer for inspection.
• Authorised robotic mower installation¹ is included in the offering. For deals that include CEORA installation, please see HyperCare program details.
• Off-season storage* and seasonal blade² replacement included.
• Possibility to extend the contract for 2 years.

Husqvarna Service Plus

A service contract includes yearly maintenance, warranty repairs and off-season storage*.

Husqvarna Service Plus details:

• Covers the cost of maintenance and warranty repairs. Recurring maintenance of the equipment is mandatory and included.
• Service can only be performed by an authorised Husqvarna dealer.
• The customer has to use and maintain the equipment in accordance with the corresponding operator's manual.
• In the event of a malfunction or need for repair, the customer must immediately stop using the equipment and bring it to the authorised dealer for inspection.
• Authorised robotic mower installation¹ is mandatory but not included.
• Off-season storage* and seasonal blade² replacement included.
• For consumers, the contract length is 3 or 5 years.
• For professional customers, the contract length is up to 5 years.

Husqvarna Warranty Plus

Paid warranty extension, prolonging the factory warranty.

Husqvarna Warranty Plus includes:

• Covers warranty repairs for the full contract period according to the Terms & Conditions.
• Service can only be performed by an authorised Husqvarna dealer.
• The customer has to use and maintain the equipment in accordance with the corresponding operator's manual.
• Periodic maintenance needs to be performed according to operator’s manual. This service is not included.
• Authorised robotic mower installation¹ is mandatory but not included.

²Valid for Automower® only. A blister pack of Genuine Automower® blades, 9 or 6 pieces. Included yearly and handed out together with a product after maintenance. NOT VALID FOR ALL MARKETS.
* (Country) does not have off-season storage.

What is included in Services by Husqvarna contracts

x — Included in the contract. Compensated by Husqvarna.

(x) — Mandatory but not included, paid for by the customer.

Authorised dealer — Resellers who have been authorised by Husqvarna to sell Husqvarna products.

HCS — Husqvarna Commercial Solutions; to be contacted when there is an issue.

Maintenance¹ — Yearly scheduled inspection and upkeep by an authorised dealer.

Warranty Repairs — Repairs made to your product covered by the Husqvarna factory warranty.

Installation¹ — In the case of robotic mowers, the installation is to be performed by an authorised dealer.

Off-Season Storage^3,4 — Storage of a robotic mower at an authorised dealer, ready for pick up when the season starts.

Blades³ — A package of Husqvarna genuine blades. Valid with Service Plus and Lease Plus contracts.

Insurance — Husqvarna Lease Plus insurance policy
