 Terms and Conditions for AIG Women’s Open Tickets Competition

  1. By entering the competition AIG Tickets  (the “Competition”) entrants accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) together with any specific instructions and terms which may be mentioned in electronic messages, or on the website [www.husqvarna.com/uk] (“Competition Information”). Such Competition Information shall prevail in the event of there being any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and Competition Information.

Promoter

  1. Promoter of the Competition is Husqvarna UK Ltd, Preston Road Aycliffe Industrial Park Newton Aycliffe County Durham DL5 6UP UK, 00974979 (“Husqvarna”).
  2. Husqvarna may cancel or amend the Competition, Competition Information or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the Competition Information or these Terms and Conditions.

Entering the Competition

  1. The Competition is open to all residents in United Kingdom. Minimum age to participate is the age of 18.
  2. Purchase of any product over the value of £199 on www.husqvarna.com/uk will result in automatic entry.
  3. The Competition is limited to one entry per person (i.e. same Last Name, same First Name and same Email).
  4. Employees of the Husqvarna Group and other companies involved in the organization, management, promotion or administration of the Competition and members of their immediate families may not enter the Competition.

Timeframe

  1. The opening and closing dates and times for entries are as follows: 2nd July - 15th July 2026. Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the Competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the Competition.

Entries

  1. Eligible entrants (“Participants”) can enter the Competition by completing all of the following steps, explained in more detail in the Competition Information: (1) connecting to the website accessible at the following address [www.husqvarna.com/uk], (2) making any purchase over the value of £199 automatically enters you into the draw to win a pair of Hospitality tickets for the final day of the AIG Women’s Open 2026

Disqualification

  1. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
  2. Any entries which are incomplete, incorrect or not received by Husqvarna will be void.
  3. Participants who enter the competition in a way which, in Husqvarna’s determination, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature unfair to other entrants may be removed from the Competition at Husqvarna’s sole discretion.

Prize

  1. The prize to win is a pair of Hospitality Tickets for the final day of the AIG Women’s Open delivery and installation kit (the “Prize”). The estimated value of the Prize is £1,320 incl. VAT.
  2. Only one prize in total will be awarded for this Competition.
  3. The Prize cannot be exchanged for other products and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prize is not transferable to third parties.
  4. Husqvarna reserves the right to change the Prize or to offer an alternative prize of similar value if necessary due to circumstances beyond Husqvarna’s control.
  5. The prize does not include any hotel or travel costs. These are to be incurred by the winner.

Picking and notifying the winner

  1. The winner of the Prize will be selected by way of a random draw from all valid entries for this Competition which have completed all the steps described in section 9 above before the closing time and date referred to in section 8 above. The winner will be announced on 20th July on Husqvarna.com/uk/winners/ 
  2. Husqvarna will contact the winner within 2 days after the closing date via the email address provided when entering the Competition. The winner will have 7 days in which to claim the Prize. If Husqvarna is unable to notify the winner, via the provided email address, or if the winner fails to respond within the fixed time period, Husqvarna reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Competition Information. The Prize cannot be claimed in court.
  3. Any tax related to the Prize, as a prize in this competition, shall be paid by the winner.

Personal data

  1. Husqvarna will process personal data (names, and e-mail address) when Participants submit personal information in the competition form. The personal data collected in the competition form are disclosed to employees of Husqvarna UK e-com activation- and the marketing department. Processing of personal data is necessary in order for Husqvarna to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, i.e. arranging the Competition and contacting the winner in order to deliver the prize. Consequently, Husqvarna acts as data controller. The legal basis for processing of personal data is article 6.1 (b) in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Husqvarna will process the personal data only for the time period of the Competition, taking sections 17 and 18 above into consideration. Additionally, if the Participant has indicated that they wish to receive newsletters, Husqvarna will also process personal data (name and e-mail address) to provide such updates. The legal basis for this processing is article 6.1 (a) of the GDPR. The personal data will be processed until the individual requests not to receive further marketing and otherwise as long as there is an ongoing relationship with the Participant.

Liability

  1. Husqvarna takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
  2. Husqvarna cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting the Prize, unless due to intent or gross negligence on the part of Husqvarna.
  3. These Terms and Conditions apply without prejudice to Participants’ legal rights under binding legislation.

Miscellaneous

  1. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
  2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law to the extent possible according to local mandatory legislation.
  3. The Competition is based on a purchase on www.husqvarna.com/uk with a minimum value of £199. The costs incurred by the Participants, in particular for their participation in the Competition, for the connection and/or consultation of the website, or for the consultation of these Terms and Conditions and Competition Information will not be reimbursed and shall be borne by the Participants.
