Husqvarna partners with the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, to showcase the benefits of robotic lawn care.

HUSQVARNA, the pioneer of smart mowing and robotic technology, is today celebrating the success of its partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, which has helped to showcase the benefits that robotic lawn care can have on domestic green spaces.

In 2023, Husqvarna teamed up with the scientific and horticultural institution that aspires to help create a world where nature is protected, valued and managed sustainably, to install three robotic lawn mowers at Kew Gardens in Southwest London – two Husqvarna Automower® 550 EPOS robotic mowers and one Husqvarna Automower® 535AWD robotic mower, and one mower at Wakehurst, Kew’s wild botanic garden in Sussex.

Husqvarna Automower® NERA

A New Era of boundary wire free robotic lawn mowers without perimeter wire. Optimised for larger lawns, the range consists of the new Automower® 310E NERA and  Automower® 410XE NERA, as well as 2023's launches: Automower® 320 NERA, Automower® 430X NERA and Automower® 450X NERA.

For 2024, Automower® 320 NERA, Automower® 430X NERA and Automower® 450X NERA will also offer an all-new feature, Systematic Mowing. This enables the mowers to not only exceed their area coverage by an increase of 50% but also offer the potential for cutting grass systematically in parallel tracks, creating a striped effect on the lawn.

As well as the randomised pattern, this brings all new styles and designs to your lawn, with striped, checkboard and triangular designs all now possible with Automower® NERA.
