HUSQVARNA’S DREAM GARDEN 2025 PRIZE DRAW (“Prize Draw”) Terms and Conditions - Sweden
- THE PROMOTER
The promoter of this prize draw is Husqvarna Direct AB (a company registered in Sweden with company number 559170-2609, whose registered office is at Drottninggatan 2 561 82, Huskvarna) (“Promoter” or “We”).
- THE PRIZE DRAW
These are the terms and conditions that will apply to your entry of the Prize Draw. Please read them carefully before you enter the Prize Draw. By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- ELIGIBILITY
The Prize Draw is open to all residents of Sweden aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw. Proof of identity and age may be required.
In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw and may disqualify you if you are unable to provide such proof on request.
The Promoter may also disqualify any entrant from the Prize Draw that does not comply with these terms and conditions and specifically, who enters (or is suspected to enter) the Prize Draw fraudulently or dishonestly including (but not limited to), through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated entries or entries that have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.
- HOW TO ENTER
The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
Sign up to Husqvarna’s FREE email newsletter via https://www.husqvarna.com/se/utforska-och-upptack/dreamgarden You will be asked to provide: (a) Your First and Last Name, (b) your Email address, (c) the approximate size of your lawn and (d) your prize preference in accordance with Section 7 of these terms and conditions. Only one entry per person. You cannot enter the Prize Draw if you signed up to Husqvarna’s FREE email newsletter before the opening date of the Prize Draw or after the closing date of the Prize Draw.
The opening date of the Prize Draw is 08:00 on April 1st 2025. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on April 30st 2025. Entries received before the opening date and time or after the closing date and time will not be counted or accepted.
Only the first entry by the participant will be considered and multiple entries will not be counted or accepted. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible and/or indecipherable, will not be valid and deemed void.
- LOST OR DELAYED ENTRIES; LIABILITY
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind e.g., technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting the prize, unless due to intent or gross negligence on the part of the Promoter.
- HOW THE WINNER IS CHOSEN
A winner will be chosen by random draw. Each entry will be allocated a number. All numbers will be input into a computer programme and one entry will be selected at random on May 8th 2025 ("Draw Date").
- THE PRIZE
There will be 1 (one) winner. The winner will receive 1 (one) lawnmower (robotic, battery or petrol) and 1 (one) other product from the tables below, including delivery as specified in Section 9 of these terms and conditions.
Each participant shall choose 1 (one) lawnmower and 1 (one) other product from the tables in the PDF documents below. The prize preference must be indicated by the participant at the time of entry into the Prize Draw in accordance with Section 4 of these terms and conditions.

The prize shall not include set up, installation, tutorials or consumables. If set up is required, a Husqvarna approved dealer will need to be contacted. This may incur a cost, which the Promoter does not accept responsibility for.
The prize shall not include any materials or tools required to install the prize (“Installation Material”), unless expressly specified in the tables above.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative is offered.
In the event of the prize being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Any tax related to the prize shall be paid by the winner.
- THE WINNER
The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on May 8th 2025 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 10 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- HOW AND WHEN WINNER WILL RECEIVE THEIR PRIZE
The prize will be sent to the winner by a home delivery services provider chosen by the Promoter within 30 working days of being notified of their win.
If the winner chooses a prize that, according to the "Table with product prize information" referred to in Section 7 of these terms and conditions, is designated "Dealer delivery", the Promoter shall deliver such prize to the Promoter’s nearest dealer as determined by the postal address provided by the winner in accordance with Section 8 of these terms and conditions.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- HOW WE USE ANY PERSONAL DATA
Personal data supplied during the course of this Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Notice - https://privacyportal.husqvarnagroup.com/se/privacy-notice/.
- GOVERNING LAW / RESOLVING DISPUTES WITH US

These terms and conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by Swedish law. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on any mandatory provisions of local law.
