Husqvarna introduces the worlds most powerful backpack blower

Designed for the most demanding cleaning tasks, the all-new Husqvarna 590BTS is a powerful backpack blower that sets a new standard in power-to-weight ratio and blowing power.

Husqvarna, a global leader in outdoor power products, introduces the 590BTS backpack blower for professional use. Engineered for unmatched performance, the 590BTS delivers an industry-leading blow force of 56 Newtons and an impressive airflow of 2100 m³/h. Powered by a robust 79.4 cc X-TORQ® engine, the blower redefines expectations—earning the title of the world’s most powerful backpack blower.*

Built for ease and efficiency, Husqvarna 590BTS features an AutoTune®-controlled carburettor that automatically adjusts the air/fuel mixture, ensuring optimal performance across varying conditions. A simplified starting procedure with a “start” button eliminates the need for manual choke operation. Always the same starting procedure, no matter warm or cold — just press the button, purge the engine, and pull to start.

To ensure long days in the field and reduce operator fatigue, the 590BTS is equipped with an ergonomic harness featuring a waist belt, ventilated back pad, and efficient LowVib® technology. A newly designed adjustable right handle accommodates users of different sizes, while a harness with load lifters ensures a tailored fit.

Additional features include cruise control, a three-stage air filter, and foot support. The industry’s largest fuel tank** in combination with optimised fuel efficiency reduces the number of refills needed—maximising uptime. The blower is prepared for the built-in connectivity device, enabling seamless integration with Husqvarna Fleet Services™.
