What to do when Automower® shows an error

Errors that can be resolved remotely
- Some errors can be cleared directly from the Automower® Connect app.
- If you see “Reset Error” in the app, tap it and restart the mower from the app.
Errors that need manual action
- Someone pressed the STOP button on the mower (maybe a child or pet was nearby).
- The mower tilted or collided with an obstacle.
Before restarting:
- Make sure the cause of the error is removed (e.g. remove obstacles, place mower upright).
Steps to manually clear an error
- On the mower, press the jog wheel to activate the display.
- Press the STOP button.
- Enter your PIN code.
- Go to start symbol using the jog wheel and press to select it.
