For those who frequently cut firewood and require a reliable battery chainsaw, the powerful Husqvarna 242i is built for the task. It is also a perfect choice for occasional tree felling and garden clearing. The increased chain speed and optimised torque result in excellent cutting performance, allowing you to tackle tougher cuts effortlessly. Max Torque Technology ensures reliable power and minimises the risk of the chain getting stuck in the wood during felling or cutting. Equipped with stepless speed control for easy adaptation to different tasks, and a user-friendly keypad for simple and intuitive operation.
With low noise and vibrations, 242i is comfortable to use and easy to handle and manoeuvre. To extend battery life, it features an automatic shutdown function that powers off the chainsaw if left unattended for 180 seconds. This chainsaw is part of Husqvarna's flexible 36V system BLi-X, allowing one battery to be used for several tools.
