5-Year Warranty Information for Husqvarna and Husqvarna Aspire Products

Effective Dates:

• 15 October 2024 – Petrol and Battery handheld products
• 10 June 2025 – Husqvarna and Husqvarna Aspire Automower models

Applies to: Eligible Husqvarna and Husqvarna Aspire products sold for approved applications only, with qualifying accessories at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

• Electric Pressure Washers – 1-year warranty only.
• Accessories – 6-month warranty only.
• Rental or hire units – 6-month warranty only (not eligible for extended coverage).

This extended warranty is available for all qualifying Husqvarna products purchased with approved accessories. Please review the conditions below to ensure your product remains covered.

Warranty Requirements & Conditions

• Qualifying Accessory Purchase: Must be bought with the product at time of sale (see breakdown below).
• Product Registration: Required via the Husqvarna Dealer Support Site Warranty Portal.
• Documentation: Sales invoice must reflect accessory purchase. A Warranty and Service Handbook (P/N 578754101) must be included with each product.
• Service Records: All servicing must be recorded in the handbook and provided in case of a warranty claim.

• 1 x Large Donut of the correct diameter cutting line
• 1 x Blade (for Clearing Saws only)

Chainsaws & Pole Pruners

• 1 x 1 Litre Husqvarna Two Stroke Oil (P/N 587 80 85-11)
• 1 x Spare Husqvarna X-Cut Chain (no substitutions allowed)

Earth Augers, Blowers, Hedge Trimmers, Sprayers, Dusters, Misters, Water Pumps

• 1 x 1 Litre Husqvarna Two Stroke Oil (P/N 587 80 85-11)
• 1 x Spare Air Filter

Ride-On, Generators, Tillers, Pressure Washers

• 1 x 4 Litre Husqvarna Four Stroke Oil (P/N 597 68 70-04)

• 1 x 1.4 Litre Oil (P/N 577 41 97-04)

Terms & Conditions

• Standard Warranty: Products without qualifying accessory purchases receive a 1-year warranty
• Documentation: All required documents must be submitted. Failure to comply results in standard warranty registration
• New Purchases Only: 5-year warranty does not apply to purchases made before:

– 15 October 2024 for handheld Petrol & Battery products

– 10 June 2025 for Automower and Aspire Automower units

• Accessory Timing: Accessories must be purchased with the product. Later purchases are not eligible
• Proof of Purchase & Service Records: Required for warranty claims
• Genuine Parts: Only genuine Husqvarna parts and accessories qualify
• Multi-Product Invoices: Each unit must have its own qualifying accessory
• Future Purchases: Each product requires qualifying accessories, regardless of purchase history
• Standard Inclusions & Exclusions: Refer to the Husqvarna South Africa Warranty Policy
• Rental/Hire Units: Receive only a 6-month warranty
• Non-Transferable: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
• Scheduled Maintenance: Must be performed according to Husqvarna Service Checklists and operator manuals
• Authorised Servicing Only: All work must be done by an authorised Husqvarna Service Dealer No Self-Servicing: This voids the warranty
