How to replace a hose on a high-pressure washer

The high-pressure hose is a vital part of your washer, carrying pressurised water from the pump to the spray handle.

Over time, it may wear out, crack or get damaged.

If that happens, it’s important to replace the hose with a genuine Husqvarna® part to ensure safety and performance.

Depending on your model, your washer will have either an internal hose reel or an external hose reel. Follow the correct instructions below for your machine.

  1. Remove the hose stop from the high-pressure water hose.
  2. Release the reel cover by pushing in the three snap locks and lifting it off.
  3. Detach the hose from the swivel.
    - Remove the security pin.
    - Disconnect the high-pressure hose from the swivel connection.
  4. Pull the old hose completely out of the product.
  5. Install a new hose by following the steps in reverse order.
Ensure the high-pressure hose (A) and the hose guide (B) are installed in the correct positions.
