Congratulations on your new Husqvarna Aspire™ Secateur!

The battery level is at 20-30% when supplied to you. Charge it until the charging light stays green for maximum performance. Make sure the battery is removed from the product to prevent accidental start during setup, transport and storage.

Remove the protective cover.

For hand-held use

1. Insert the battery.
2. Remove the blade cover.
3. Press the on/off button.
4. Double-click the trigger to unlock the product. The shanks open, and a double beep sounds.
5. Press the power trigger to start.

For use with pole

1. Attach the secateur to the shaft/pole and screw it tightly.
2. Remove the blade cover.
3. Unfold the shaft/pole until it reaches its maximum position, then screw it tightly.
4. Insert the battery.
5. Press down the power trigger lock-out.
6. Press the power trigger to start. 

Note: When used with pole, one press on the trigger equals one cut (no progressive cut).

1. Press and hold the trigger for 3 seconds to swith between wide and narrow cutting modes. A single beep confirms the switch.
2. Press and hold the trigger for 5 seconds to lock the secateur. A double beep confirms the product is locked. (Hand-held mode only)

Smart storage

1. Put on the blade cover
2. Remove the battery
3. Hang your secateurs for storage using the tailor-made storage hook included in the product box. The Husqvarna storage system offers compact storage for not only your AspireTM products, but also other gardening tools.
