HUSQVARNA “2026 WOMEN’S AUSTRALIAN OPEN GOLF TICKET GIVEAWAY” PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility
Entry is only open to Australian residents with a current Australian address (excluding ACT residents). Entrants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian approval to enter, and the parent/guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may require evidence of this consent.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, employees of Husqvarna dealers or retailers, and any associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, ex spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child, parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or cousin.

2. Promotional Period
The promotion opens 13 February 2026 at 11:00am AEDT and final entries close at 8:00am AEDT on 2 March 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the draw, individuals must, during the Promotional Period undertake the following steps:

• Visit the Husqvarna competition page on the Husqvarna Australia website https://www.husqvarna.com/au/learn-and-discover/themes/golf/;
• Follow the prompts to sign up to the Husqvarna newsletter;
• Input all the requested details in the entry form (including but not limited to first name, last name, email address, postal address, and phone number);
• Submit the online entry / sign up form; and then
• Verify their entry by clicking on the verification link, within the email sent to the email address recorded in their online entry.
• Entrants acknowledge that by submitting an entry into this promotion that if they are drawn as a winner, they will be able to claim the prize by the date/time indicated and they acknowledge that the prize includes tickets to an event in Adelaide where the prize is tickets only.

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry submitted will be deemed valid.

4. Validity & Verification
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residency) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

5. Draw Details
The draw will take place at Husqvarna, Australia Pty Ltd, 4 Pioneer Avenue, Tuggerah, NSW 2259 on 2 March 2026 at 10:00am AEDT.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries, and record them in order, in case of invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

Winners will be notified via phone and email within two (2) days of the draw, and their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published on Husqvarna Australia’s Facebook and Instagram pages https://www.instagram.com/husqvarnaaustralia/and https://www.facebook.com/HusqvarnaAustralia from 6 March 2026.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize Details
Major Prize (1 winner)

The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize (“Major Prize”) consisting of:

• One (1) × Husqvarna Automower® 305 robot lawn mower with small DIY boundary wire installation kit $1,928 including $600 towards professional installation; and
• One (1) double pass to the 2026 women’s Australian Open Golf event at Kooyonga Golf Course, Adelaide. Ticket includes entry on one (1) day, chosen by the winner, between the 12th and 15th March 2026, valued at $50.
• Total prize is valued at $2,578.

Secondary Prizes (24 winners)

• The next twenty-five (24) valid entries drawn will each win a secondary prize (each a “Secondary Prize”) of one (1) double pass to the 2026 women’s Australian Open Golf event at Kooyonga Golf Course, in Adelaide, South Australia to be held between the 12th and 15th March 2026, valued at $50.

Prize Conditions

• 2026 women’s Australian Open Golf Event Double passes are tickets only. Any costs associated with taking the prize in Adelaide, South Australia including but not limited to, travel and/or accommodation are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their companion.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information. Redelivery costs must be covered by the winner if incorrect details are supplied.
• If the model of Husqvarna Automower® 305 robot lawn mower does not suit the Major Prize winner’s lawn size, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, allow the Major Prize winner upgrade the model by paying the difference directly to Husqvarna Australia.
• Prizes (or any unused portion of a prize) are not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise advised.
• If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
• All costs related to food, beverages, travel, or accommodation in connection with the 2026 Australian Open Golf Event double pass shall be the responsibility of the winner.
• In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
• If a winner of prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
• The 2026 Australian Open Golf Event ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or their companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

Total Prize Pool

• The total prize pool value is $3,778.

7. Unclaimed Prizes
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

The prize/s must be claimed by 3:00pm AEDT on Friday, 6 March 2026 (for the original winner/s) and Tuesday, 10 March 2026 (for the winner/s of the unclaimed prize draw, if any).

A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Friday, 6 March 2026 at 3:30pm at the same place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by email within two (2) days of the draw. 8. Use of Entrant Information
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the 2026 women’s Australian Open Golf event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.

10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.husqvarna.com/au/privacy-notice/.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
