Certain Husqvarna TS 242 and TS 246 model Lawn Tractors manufactured between February 2015 and November 2017
Defect
The fuel line in the identified tractors was not routed behind the tank guard. This may allow the fuel line to contact and rub against the transmission belt.
Hazard
If the fuel line contacts or rubs against the transmission belt, fuel could leak from the fuel line, posing a risk of fire.
What to do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the affected lawn tractors and contact their authorised local Husqvarna dealer to make arrangements for a free repair.
