User does not receive invite to Husqvarna Fleet Services™
If you signed up for Husqvarna Fleet Services™ and did not receive a registration email, please contact your local Husqvarna sales company.
If you have invited a user to your existing Husqvarna Fleet Services™ company and the user has not received an email, you can resend the invitation.
How to resend an invitation
- Log into your Husqvarna Fleet Services™ account.
- Click Users in the top menu.
- Click Pending invites.
- Click the three dots next to the user.
- Click Resend invite.
There may be several reasons why your company activation link does not work:
- Your activation link has already been used. If it has been used, you can log in with the credentials that you signed up with.
- Your signup has been deleted by a sales company user. Contact your local sales company to find out more.
- Your invitation has been deleted by a manager in your company.
- The URL is not correct. Please try opening the link from the signup email again.
