Would have been 5 stars if... As far as an excellent mower, the RZ4824F is an awesome mower. The one hiccup I do not like...is no headlights. Of all the things I have tried to not like about this mower, that is only thing. It cuts great, runs great, has plenty of power, but no darn headlights. Since this is my only complaint, it is time for me to stop complaining about it, start fabricating some high intensity L.E.D.'s to the mower, and secure the plastic pop pieces where the non existent headlight would have gone with some epoxy and fiberglass. Other than my one complaint, get this mower it is great. May 4, 2012
Great for the price. i have owned my HUSKY RZ4824 for a month now and all i have to say is what a mower this Beast is..I bought the mulch kit and this was a major upgrade this thing cuts like a ten thousand dollar mower.Love the Kawasaki engine no lose of power on this baby.It was a hard decision between a TORO or a Husqvarna boy am i glad i picked this Husky what a mower this is like twice the mower and it was cheaper then the toro good choice for me. WOW I was mowing about 2 1/2 hours per week then made the switch and now down to around .8 on the hour meter. machine is semi pro after looking around at others. the only problem thus far was a zerk fitting on the front wheel was a simple repair with a new fitting, rear wheels do spin some as i was getting used to the machine but I am getting better at it, fit form function this machine rocks! My new mower,Thomaston,Ga I bought my mower at odd jobs outdoor power equipment in Thomaston,GA and loving every minute great power and easy to use would liked to have seen a floating axle and the controls closer to the front ,but if that is all that is wrong with it then I can live with that ..My wife hardly ever cut the grass but with this new mower cant keep her off of it ...Kids too.... Zero Turn Mower I recently purchaced the 46" cut zero turn mower with the Kohler engine. I have a John Deere 48" mower Tractor style that runs well, but the Husqvarna cut my mowing time by 2/3's. This mower is very easy to operate and leaves my lawn even and perfect. It runs circles around the JD. The Husqvarna has more grease zirts that my truck so I know it will last, IF I ever wear it out you can bet I'll get another! April 10, 2012
