Better then I thought
Purchased at Lowes, on sale, for $299. Wanted a walk behind self propelled for the wife. Really! It was a one pull start as advertised, and it is! Choke is used when its cold, use non-ethanol gas, and do yearly maintenance (oil change, spark plug, air filter). Live in the South so use over 70 times during the year forone hour usage. Highly endorse the Honda engine. Owned Toro twice before this, same priced mower, but this is better. Exception is tires on the front wear out yearly.

I purchased from the local Lowes 2 years ago, ran great for 2 seasons. I am faithful for keeping it clean, using clean fuel, etc. This year, it has been a total disaster trying to KEEP it started. It turns over but does NOT stay running. There are no clogged hoses, the fuel float is clean, carb is clean. This model has a very CHEAP idle spring on it, since it's an automatic idle there is supposedly NO adjustments on it... I have NEVER had an issue with ALL my other HONDA mowers, this is the 1st HUSQVARNA & I am NOT sold on the QUALITY & or DURABILITY....Why Husqvarna...WHY???? PLEASE HELP.....I really fear taking it back to LOWES where I purchased it because they use ALTAQUIP as their repair service company & to put it mildly, there are MANY MANY horror stories about them....What are my options????? I am in the 19606 zip code area in PA.....TY for your time.....

Not built to last
This mower is underpowered and not well built. My self propelled mower decided to no longer propel so its now a push mower. I tried to take the cover off to check the drive but my socket don't fit in the space so I can't loosen the bolt.

Just bought this mower at Lowe's works great but I gave performance a 3 because it's hard to start, it takes 10 to 15 pulls before it starts maybe the choke needs adjusting but I don't want to take it back to Lowe's. The self-propelled works great.

Great Small Mower
I have owned this mower for over a year now, I have mowed quite a few small lawns with it, fires right up every time 1 pull, cuts great, bagging system is great for spring and fall cleanups. Stripes Fairly well, not impressed with the height adjustment, its a pain in the you know what, but just deal with it, not that big of a deal. Self propelled drive works great especially in hills/slopes and even flat ground.

Great engine but poor chassis design
I give this a 2 because it's a mower and it does cut grass. However, there are several drawbacks! If you chose to bag your clippings, you will be in a constant fog of debris as the bag, directly behind the mower, leaks around all edges and so blows clippings everywhere. More importantly, the one handle height adjustment bar drags the ground and often digs into the turf. It is set too low and should be redesigned. If your yard is flat and open, this may be the mower for you, but on smaller, tight turn yards, that are not concrete smooth, it is a constant struggle. You will find the self propelling wheels will not drive and turns are difficult.

Decent mower, BUT...
I purchased this mower at Lowes in May of 2014. The mower works well, easy to start and has never failed to start. It cuts well and I have used it in all three modes. I like this mower a lot.
However, before the mower hit its one-year anniversary, one of the motor mounts completely pulled out of the deck and ripped the mounting point completely out. The other two mounts are fine but the front mount is wrecked. I am not even sure if I should use it in this condition, or if the deck is covered by the warranty. Very disappointing. I am waiting to hear.

Disappointed with this mower!
We purchased this mower in May, 2014. It was used about 10 times that season. My husband got it out this season and it would not start with fresh gas. We took it back to Lowe's to send it off to be repaired. We got it back today and it still won't start. They put a new carburetor on, also a spark plug and a new air filter. Total cost $103.25 ( $51.00 labor ) and it still is not fixed! What do you we do now?????
