Work Horse
I bought this tractor about a year ago. It has performed flawlessly since day one. Has plenty of power, cuts great, and hauls my wagon around with whatever I put in it. I would buy another one. It has been better than the echo products I purchased.

Best Tractor for the Money
I purchased this tractor last year and used it for most of last season and I was very pleased with its performance. I wanted to give it a full season before I wrote a review just to make sure I wasn't going to give misleading info. I am upgrading from a 12 yr old craftsman mower with a 42" deck. We have about an acre of grass to cut, There is a steep hill in the front yard with some uneven areas to cut.
Power - This tractor has plenty of power with the 2 cylinder Kohler motor. I can cut my grass in half the time it used to take me with the craftsman
Durability - Too early to tell, but this year I ran with absolutely no issues. Stars right up every time. I can say that my craftsman had a Kohler motor and to this day we have never had a problem with it. After 10 hours I did an oil change with synthetic oil. It may be overkill but for the few extra bucks its worth it considering the added protection you get.
Ergonomics - This lawn mower is designed very well. Hour meter is a nice touch. Not a fan of the gas guage because it is hard to tell what level it is at, especially in the sun, though with such a large tank I usually don't worry about it anyway. Some people have complained about the reverse pedal but I did not see a problem with it. Arm rests on the seat can sometimes get in the way but they are adjustable or you can just take them off. Also you can switch the key so you can mow in reverse which some mowers do not allow. The heavy duty deck is nice too, I had some mishaps and bumped into some objects with the side of the deck but it held up nicely. Lastly the 5 wheels on the cutting deck are a great feature. Prevents scalping in areas where my other mower had some issues.
Performance - The Fast Tractor does a great job with mowing. As I stated earlier I can mow in half the time which actually gets me out there more often. We did not order any accessories yet such as a bagger or the mulching blades. I find that if I mow 2x a week I do not need either because the blades chop up the grass fine enough where there is very little clumping #provided its dry out of course#. Also, turning radius is very good though it is not a zero turn, in my opinion it is plenty good. Transmission seems very strong, even going up a steep hill it has no problem.
Value: In my opinion, you are getting a great product here for the price. It cuts at a very fast rate though don't get the impression that it will do a perfect job if you drive around going full throttle #usually 2/3 - 3/4 speed is good#. This is my first Husqvarna product so I cannot relate to how the components will hold up over time. Right now my craftsmans components are pretty much shot even though it still runs like a top. I would reccomend getting the Kohler motor every time over a B&S trust me you wont regret it!!

What a machine!!!!
We had a riding lawnmower for a few years which gave us endless maintenance issues and finally had to buy a new riding lawnmower. We decided to buy a new one and after reviewing the stats on the Husqvarna we decided to go with it as it surpassed the competitor's model that was priced about a lot more, both in speed and in warranty. Everything about the "Fast Tractor" is better! It really is the mid-engined German car vs the mid-seventies American exploding car and we are utterly satisfied with this product!

Sold this to myself
I work at the store where I bought this. I did my homework, and read the reviews. This tractor is everything it is promised to be. It's early in the season, I haven't done any grass cutting. But it pulls a heavy sweeper with ease, runs smooth with the v-twin, and maneuvers well. Hydrostatic means no shifting, and there's plenty of speed. Glad I bought it!

Nice Mower
This is my second riding mower. I researched for over a year on all types of mowers before settling on this model. I hope this will be the last mower i will ever need.

Best mower I've ever owned
I reviewed many garden tractors by make and model on the internet I narrowed my reviews down to three and made a chart comparing all the specifications of the three. I then visited the dealers to view them personally. I was fortunate in selecting Lowes since they sold two of the three tractors I was considering. The other was sold by the Home Depot and was the brand I formerly owned. Comparing all the specifications and features, I was able to determine without question, that the Husqvarner tractor YTH24K48 was a stand alone machine in features, quality and with a 3 Year warranty.

Fast Tractor Review
Husqvarna should call this the Beast tractor.
Not only is it fast but it has more than enough power and with 3 blades, my 1.25 acres does not have a chance.
I look forward to mowing the yard again.

good value
Only used it twice, primarily to mulch leaves--which is does well. Turns around all the 80+ trees in my 2 acre+ yard. No problems yet.
