Great Chain Saw
I've been using this saw for a couple years now and have no serious complaints. I'm not a big fan of plastic covers on chain saws, but you can't get away from that these days. The 455 Rancher fires up on cold start every time, even after sitting for months. It's nice to not need a tool to disassemble it. It has all the power I need (homeowner cutting firewood at the farm). I have only had one small part break (the chain tensioner), but that happened when my blade got pinched in a tree and I exerted too much force trying to free it.

this product is a great saw for the common man
This saw is a great value for the average homeowner plenty of power and very light for all day cutting. I am very pleased with this saw I will always be a Husqvarna owner.

The best chainsaw I ever owned.
The Rancher is a heavy duty workhorse. It has been reliable and is easy to maintain. I have used it over 200 hours with zero problems. It starts easily and quickly in all weather types and zips through hard and soft wood. The manual is easy to follow for maintenance procedures. I highly recommend this chainsaw.

This saw cuts my work time in half
This is one powerful and easy to use saw. I have a small wood-lot and cut 4 or 5 cords of wood a year. This saw has made this core easy

Most reliable 2-cycle ever!
I use my chainsaw heavily once or twice a year and invariably forget to drain the gasoline. I never had any problems stating it after winter storage.

Chainsaw works as stated
This saw starts every time, even after setting all summer. It has lots of power for everything I have cut. It is the best chainsaw that I have owned.

This is a serious chainsaw
I found this to be by far the best chainsaw I've ever used. I have 3 chainsaws, but this is my favorite. It has plenty of power, is easy to handle, economical, and easy to service. I'm going to sell my Craftsman and McCulloch models.
