If only it would idle....
Would give item 5 stars if I could get it to idle. I returned my original purchased blower for the same reason. Runs great while the choke is engaged. It runs great at full throttle. The problem starts when you let it idle. If it idles for more that 5 to 10 seconds, it shuts off. Mixed 3 different cans of gas with the same result. Guess its just one of those things.

This Blower is POWERFUL!!!
Best handheld blower!!! Very easy to start. The power is Super Strong which makes my yard work a breeze. Vibration is a minimum to the arms. Have not yet used the vacuum, but sure look forward to the fall leaves!

Go with the 125B Instead. Mulching = Problems.
I write this review from the experience of someone who owned the 125BVX for about 8 days, and then replaced it with a 125B.
Here's why: The 125BVX model has a different starting mechanism, and the intake also has metal blades added to it for the mulching feature.
For me, this led to:
- The starter assembly breaking after a week of use! The cord would no longer retract.
- Varied performance. Because of the extra metal blades in the intake, it felt to me like the BVX had to work harder to run (more resistance and weight to turn), and did not put out as much air.
- Choppy starting and idling. (the starter is heavier)
I exchanged the 125BVX, brought home the 125B, and it has been running perfectly for several weeks.
IMHO, the vacuum and mulching feature of these blowers are totally useless. It creates a huge mess, takes a bunch of time to reconfigure the blower, you have all the minor damage from sucking up sticks and small rocks, and it just takes more time than if you would have raked the leaf pile into a wheelbarrow or bag.
So if you're asking yourself the "125BVX or 125B" question, hopefully this feedback helps.

This blower is awesome for start-up and performance. Had an issue with gas leaking but warranty was good, took it to a local dealer and no problems to get fixed.

Useless junk at 1 year
The blower worked pretty good for the first summer. It was getting harder to start toward the end of summer and also was not taking gas too good with the choke off. One year later during second season, it did ok the first couple of uses, but then would not run with the choke off and quit running altogether during the 3rd or 4th use. Took it to an authorized dealers and he would not service it under warranty as he said it was most likely carb fouling and not handled within warranty. He indicated he has 10 waiting for repair right now doing the same thing. He could replace the carb and fuel lines and have it running for $100. For that price (or less) I can buy another blower and get the same life out of it.

Ok so far
Ordered this product from Amazon. Amazon said it was supposed to be new, but came with some used parts in it. Decided to keep it and so far, so good. I'm pretty happy with it and definitely an improvement over my old blower.
Power is great and relatively easy to start so far. Can't comment on durability yet as I've only had it a month or so.
The downsides I've noticed are that is a LOUD (but amazon reviewers stated this so no one should be surprised) and it can run quite hot.
