Everything I Expected
This tractor is everything I hoped for. Powerful for the hills in my yard, yet compact enough to mow in my garden area. Works great in the long stretches of the lawn as well. Area +\- 1 acre. Very happy with my purchase.

YTH20K46 Lawn Tractor
We purchased the YTH20K46 lawn tractor. Have had it for about 2 years. We cut about 3 1/2 to 4 acres with it and it does a great job. When I go to replace this tractor in the future I would definitly buy another Husqvarna. I am a woman and find the tractor very easy to handle and very easy to learn the functions of the tractor the first time I mowed with it. I as well as the hubby are very happy with our purchase.

Great Tractor
This is a great lawn tractor and easy to use. Just wish the steering wheel was put on straight. Other than that, zero complaints.

Expected much more of Husqvarna
I am a mowing contractor and previously had an LTH1842 with Kohler engine and the whole machine was faultless for over 500 hours. Upgrading to the YTH2042TD (with the limited slip ??? axle) is the biggest mistake I have made for a long time.
The TD axle was so locked it had a 15foot turning radius even on tarmac!! and tore up grass with both front and rear tyres when mowing. Husqvarna (Australia) didn't want to know about it so I eventually had to pay $500 to get the axle (differential) removed and a standard "open" one installed. On top of that the deck does not have enough airflow and when using a catcher the shute continually blocks. Vague, non-adjustable steering is also very annoying. I apologise to all the friends that I previously recommended Husqvarna to!

Superior to other brands
The standard features on the Husqvarna are one of the main reasons for my recent purchase. I was thinking if the manufacturer had the individuals needs in mind instead of just building a machine to cut grass I would give it a try.
I am very glad I did. The Husqnarna YTH2042 has more than enough power to get the job done quickly. One does not have to hunt for the controls and the adjustable seat is great since my wife and I both do the yard work. The Husqvarna steering and turning radius is also superior to other brands. Our mowing area is 3 plus acres, so I have purchased several types of mowers during the years. Husqvarna is by far the best machine yet.

Like the mower deck wash out feature!!
I just bought my first lawn/yard tractor and am very pleased with it. I am a widow and wanted something I could handle and take care of. I have a large yard with many pine trees, slopes and it has done a great job. I like the feature of hooking up the garden hose and washing out the mower deck - nice feature. Thanks again for making such a wonderful tractor.

I TRUST MY HUSKY
My YTH2042 is the Best riding mower I have ever owned, serviced or even used. I searched over one year for the make model and engine and consumer ratings for the quality mower I needed. I live and work Georgia and purchased my mower from a reputable authorized Husky dealer in South Carolina and had it shopped home. I have now had it for two years and it He still cut my yard clean quite and comfortably. I take care of my husky and he takes care of my home. I have almost an acre for of turf centipede that we regularly care for and he is the best fit for my lawn needs. The bagger system was reasonably priced and is a must in the fall. Maintenance keeping his Oil and Air systems clean is easily accessible and inspection of blades and engine is not hard at all.
