The little saw that could
I purchased this saw because it was light weight and easy to pack for doing trail clean up work. I help maintain hundreds of miles of cycling and hiking trails in northern Michigan so weight, power and reliability are of top concern. The T435 has been all of the above and then some. I've come across blow downs and messes that would have had me grabbing for a much larger saw had they been vehicle accessible, but the little 435 surprised me cutting much bigger wood than it was intended to.
While I've only run a couple dozen tanks of fuel through the saw, it's been flawless. A quick air filter cleaning after every use is recommended, I see more build up on this saw than others.
A 2 HP top handle at a great price, no regrets on this purchase!

576 w Power and Comfort
This saw has what it takes to power thru any wood you need! And it wont leave you numb and sore great balance to the saw. The wrap around handle gives you superior grip and allows you to cut from many angles for better contole of the saw as well as better controle of the tree.

Strong saw but has starting problem
Once this saw is running it runs great but it is very difficult to start without flooding. It apparently has a carb. design flaw. The only other problem is the clutch design allows sawdust or trash to get in the clutch drum and cause the chain to turn when idling.

The saw is very easy to start over all weather conditions. I live in the northeast which provides that nice weather conditions. I have yet to find a piece of wood to slow it down. I put a 28" bar on it to take a 7' wide willow never skiped a beat. Great saw have owned it 3 years.
