The participants enjoyed the session and took a lot of new knowledge about our equipment and diamond blades with them. They learned about our products in the classroom and then headed outside to actually run the equipment. The trainers took the participants through a step-by-step process on how to run the equipment correctly. Then the participants took over and tried it for themselves. Almost all of our product categories were covered. Jim Davitz, Trainer, said, “One of the main pieces of knowledge the participants took away was the fact that Husqvarna is a diamond blade manufacturer. A lot of the people didn’t know that about us and learned more about the intricacies of diamond blades.”
New to the training sessions this year is the inclusion of a ½ day Customer Focused Selling or CFS training. Mark Majors, Regional Sales Manager, commented, “The participants couldn’t believe we were giving them the opportunity to learn CFS. They joined in the conversations, asked questions and I know they will take it back with them and use it.”
