Modulární systém a flexibilita stojanu umožňují přímé vrtání do stěn, podlah a stropů i vrtání pod úhlem. Má dvě základní desky. GB 50 T s otáčivým vrtacím sloupkem a přepravními kolečky a GB 50 AT, který umožňuje namontovat rozpěrný šroub.
Husqvarna Gyro je modulární flexibilní systém s několika kombinacemi, kdy vrtací sloup lze otočit o 360°a vrtat v téměř jakémkoli úhlu.
Stojany mají nové vozíky s jednoduchými a dvojitými převody a rychlou spojku pro snadné připojení vrtaček.
When drilling in floors the rig is secured by putting the stanchion against the ceiling. The drilling column is secured to the base plate using the stanchion screw.

Place the drill stand one column’s length from the wall.Clamp the telescopic column to the ceiling. Lock and secure the rig by tighten the locking screw using a 24 mm spanner.
The feed housing on the drill stand consists of a quick-action attachment for drill motors.Fit the drilling machine in the quick-action attachment.Use the feeding handle to lock and secure the drill motor.
Fit the drill bit on the spindle axis on the motor anti-clockwise (seen from the motor)
Change height of the column by releasing the catch on the wall rail at the same time as the height is adjusted with the adjustment handle. Fold up the drill column and secure with the L-handle and locking bolt (30 mm).Screw in the front screw against the wall to secure the drill column.
Connect water and electric power. Make sure the PRCD is reset.
Switch on the drill motor.Unlock the locking handle placed on the left side of the feed housing.Feed the drill motor with the handle. WARNING! Before drilling, check that all locking screws are tightened well. Serious accidents can occur if the concrete core remains in the drill when backing out the drill motor/drill bit from the floor, wall or ceiling. A maximum of one extension module may be used.
Use the necessary spanners for drill bit and drill motor to remove the drill bit.Lock the carriage with machine on the drill column.Loosen the front screw from the wall.Disconnect water and electric power. Loosen the locking bolt and the L-handle to fold down the drill column.Lower the telescopic column to transport position.Roll out the drill rig.
It is very important that the drill rig is kept clean and tidy in order to maintain its function. The rig is suitably cleaned using a high pressure washer and then wiped dry.
After washing it is important that the rig’s moving parts are lubricated using standard grease to counteract corrosion on the contact surfaces.
The drill column has an approximately drilling height range from 0 meters to 1,3 meter. When drilling is needed above that limit the telescopic column needs to be turned. When the Gyro is turned, the drilling height range is approximately from 0,3 meters to 3,1 meters (excl. extensions).
Simply free the telescopic column from the drill column, base plate and ceiling plate. Turn the telescopic column around and fit it all together again.Start the drilling operation!
The Husqvarna Gyro is a modular, flexible system with several combination options, where the drill column can be rotated 360º, for drilling in almost every angle.
Fit the rubber foot (accessory) on the drill column top screw.Adjust the angle of the drill column to match the given hole and secure it.Secure the rubber foot against the wall and secure it.Start the machine and drill the hole! WARNING! Before drilling, check that all locking screws are tightened well. Serious accidents can occur if the concrete core remains in the drill when backing out the drill motor/drill bit from the floor, wall or ceiling. A maximum of one extension module may be used.
The main issue about drilling up-side down is that a lot of water has to be taken care of. The drill bit has to be filled with water and the drill motor has to be protected against the flood of water expected when operating. Therefore often a hydraulic motor is suggested, with no electric parts to protect. Also the operator, who stands directly beneath, suffers from the water.
With the Gyro accessory, up-side down vertical system, drilling is easy. Together with the DS 50 Gyro this system allows to collect 99 percent of the water when drilling in the ceiling. It also allows using a single phase electric motor. The bellows is easily fitted on the spindle axis and the drill bit inside the water collector.
The Husqvarna Core Down System, CD 40, is a practical, safe and easy to use drill core collector for the safe collection and removal of concrete drill cores.
Place the CD 40 in line with the drilled hole.Clamp the CD 40 to the ceiling by loosen the handle and lift it against the ceiling and fasten it.Lift the wall collector, place it by the drill bit/core and secure.Lift the drill bit/core and place it in the collector.Grab the handle and slowly lower the collector until safe height is reached.Remove the drill bit/core.
The unique range of water collection system includes vacuum-hold collectors of different design for different use.The V-shaped collector for stitch drilling The circular collector for normal drillingThe half-circular collector for drilling close to the wall/floor.
Simply hold the water collector to the wall and connect the wet vacuum cleaner to it. The vacuum will hold the collector and will also take care of almost all water coming from the drill bit.
When drilling in small, confined spaces, it might be tricky to fit the DS 50 Gyro. To obtain the flexibility using the Gyro system an accessory has been developed for this
With the Gyro accessory, offset arm, drilling in confined spaces are easy. The arm has the possibility to rotate 360º around its own axis in both ends. The drill column can also be moved back and forward to fit the small working area. Simply fit the offset arm between the wall rail and drill column.
