I have a farily large yard surrounded by tall oaks, I purchased this system to help with Fall cleanup. I have used this for over a year now and am extremely satisfied with the performance. I have previously had problems with chute clogs in other systems due to tall grass or large amounts of leaves. This system has handled that very well and I have noticed a sharp decline in that issue. In general the system has performed very well.

Before I purchase this bagger, the husqvarna shop that I purchased my tractor from told me I wouldn't need a bagger to cut my acre plus lot…? Not sure if they were saying don't buy the bagger because it isn't very good or if they were confused about what to do with all the grass clippings. And no you cannot purchase a bagger for my mower (YT48XLS/fabricated deck) without the blower. It is a much heavier attachment, that doesn't seem to be very well engineered. If I would have know it only had one option for a bagger system I wouldn't have purchased the mower and at the cost 895. plus it is a very costly mistake. My fault for not doing better home work.Since I purchased this product, I have had constant issues with it throwing the belt that drives the blower system for the bagger. It is a constant challenge, that after thirty plus repairs, I have gotten down to a 15 minute repair. I have adjusted the deck to the required specs of Husqvarna, although that hasn't seemed to help much. I re-adjusted the guide wheels on my deck to the middle settings in order to keep the blower attachment from hitting the ground when the tractor encounters a bump.Through trial and error, I have discovered that the blower attachment will bounce up and down when striking a bump that will loosen the belt and dislodge it from the main pulley drive on the deck. There is no solution for this issue that I have found or figured out, yet.My latest experience with the blower attachment is that my drive belt to the blower has now broken and I will need to replace it. It is less than 4 weeks old. When I called Husqvarna, they had no working knowledge of the product, no trouble shooting answers or any area to reference. They simply pasted the duck to their local dealer, saying they couldn't help me at all. The local dealer in turn had no answers or any feedback about the product or issues. Leaving me in dark with my with my four thousand dollar nightmare. If I could return everything and start over I would go with a different company all together.

Comments about Lawn Mower Triple Bagger (for Fabricated Decks):
the bagger works good once you learn how it works and how to use it you keep an eye on the red wheel and you will know about when the third bag is full.

I have one and am buying one for my son

leaf pickup works great even sucks up acorns
Bad at collecting leaves, Great at shredding its own belts!
We bought this last year to help collect leaves near the end of fall and had to have it serviced three times at the authorized dealer to get it to work at all. the way the belt is routed and the way the tensioner moves stretches the belt, and puts the belt in contact with metal brackets which break it repeatedly. The mechanic at our service center did a modification at Husqvarna's recommendation which was to drill a hole in the deck and bolt the blower assembly to it to prevent sagging and belt deflection. This allows it to run an hour or so instead of 5-10 mins before the belt shreds. The tensioner also contacts the chute and has worn a hole in it. Husqvarna clearly knows this is an issue and won't fix it properly. Sadly we bought their tractor and this specifically for leaf collection, which we cannot do. Even though this bagger cost around 1k out the door I am about to simply throw it away because it is so useless. I was a die hard Husqvarna customer until now(currently own the following Husqvarna products: handheld +backback leaf blowers, chain saw, edger, and 2x weed whips) but I will be looking at other brands the next time I need something.
This bagger is a piece of junk

About Me Professional
Don't work like its suppose to! After using for a year, the shell that houses the impeller, has worn, so now the grass clipping come through there rather than going in the chute. After a number of calls to Husqvarna, they won't do anything about. Now that a rock has come through the cheap plastic is made out of and hit me, and now in contact with an attorney!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Don't waste your money like I did. This thing does not have the power to shoot the grass up into the bags. It clogs on a regular basis even when the grass is dry. Pretty much useless unfortunately.

The angle of the chute causes the belt pulley to start eating into it. I've gone through two belts and have barely removed any leaves. I babied it and even then this thing is a piece of junk not worth the amount I paid. I'll be returning and being pretty clear how upset I am that this could be considered a product worthy of being on the market. Shame on you Husqvarna.

Only performs in perfect conditions
Comments about Husqvarna Lawn Mower Triple Bagger (for Fabricated Decks):
Like many other reviewers, my biggest problem with this bagger is the fact that it get clogged up way too easily, and will almost immediately burn through the belt when this happens. I have a few acres on the bottom of a hill, so the yard is frequently soggy or moist, and this bagger clogs every few yards it seems. Making sure it doesn't burn the belt requires painstaking attention. When the belt does break, it costs $50 to replace. In perfect, dry conditions, this bagger works adequately. I won't say well, but it gets the job done. If there is any moisture whatsoever, it's useless. I'm using this with a GT52XLS which I love, but the bagger just doesn't live up to the same level as the tractor. For the price, I would expect something that works much better and doesn't cost several hundred dollars in replaced belts every summer. You're better off buying a smaller bagger without a blower.

Wrong piece with poor phone service
I spent the $840 it costs to purchase the bagger, which is too much for a bagger. When I was putting it together, the belt shield does not fit. I called Husqvarna and they are sending me a new piece but are not sure if it will be the correct piece. It is going to take over 3 weeks to get me the piece which might not work. For $840, one would think the correct pieces would be included and the help line would be helpful.
Merchant response: I certainly apologize for any confusion on this part. The Customer Service Representative did not handle your question correctly. If you have the full product number, including the last 2 digits of the product number. The representative should have been able to look up the correct part for you. I apologize again for the confusion.
