Co-Creation Challenge

Robotgräsklippare är skonsamma mot gräsmattan och miljön, men det finns fortfarande en del fördomar kring deras inverkan på vilda djur och i media har det rapporterats några få incidenter. Även om Automower® har klarat externa tester med igelkotts-attrapper vill vi göra mer.

Husqvarna Lab bjuder nu in dig till att utveckla ett tillbehör för Automower® som skyddar igelkottar och andra små djur, men som också kan rädda ett par äpplen eller någon enstaka sko som lämnats kvar på gräsmattan.

How do I enter?
This challenge is open to individuals, at least 18 years old, and acting in a private capacity.
Please review and accept the Co-Creation Challenge Rules and Agreement prior to participating in the co-creation challenge and submitting your ideas. A summary of some important aspects follows below.

Important notice - intellectual property and confidential information Husqvarna will not treat any information received in connection with the co-creation challenge as confidential.
You shall only make your submission via the co-creation challenge website hosted by Nosco at https://husqvarna-cocreation.nos.co/ and using the specific form and fields on that website.
By entering your submission you agree that all intellectual property (IP) rights in it will be transferred to and owned by Husqvarna. By transferring your rights you acknowledge that Husqvarna alone will be free to develop, make, market and sell products incorporating or based on your submission and that you will not have the right to do so yourself.
You waive any claims against Husqvarna relating to your submission(s).
Participants must own any intellectual property (IP) or protected technologies/solutions included in your solution.
Read carefully the Co-Creation Challenge Rules and Agreement before making your submission.

Privacy and Processing of Personal Data Husqvarna may process personal data about you and your team members for the purpose of administering the Challenge, announcing the winners and promoting the results. Such personal data will include your company name and phone number, name and first name of a contact person, email address, country of residence and any other information as provided on a voluntary basis as collected or obtained from the registration or Submission process or from participation in the Challenge. If you are the winner of the Challenge, we will also process the names and photos of you and your team members for promoting purposes. The legal basis of the processing is our legitimate interest to organize and promote this Challenge. The personal data will be transferred outside the EEA as further set out in our External Privacy Notice. All Participants and team members have the right to request access to the personal data processed by Husqvarna, the right to request rectification or deletion of the personal data, the right to request restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing within the limitations set out in and according to applicable data protection legislation. Participants and team members may also file a complaint at the Swedish Data Inspection Board (Sw. Datainspektionen). Personal data will only be processed for the purposes set out above and always in accordance with our External Privacy Notice, which is available at https://privacyportal.husqvarnagroup.com/int/privacy-notice/.
