We guarantee the function of our products. Defective parts are repaired or replaced by authorised Husqvarna workshops during the warranty period.
Should you require warranty service, stop using the product immediately, and return it in a complete set, either to the dealer you purchased it from, or a Husqvarna authorised service centre recommended by your dealer.
The returned product must be accompanied by reliable proof of purchase, including a filled-in warranty card, invoice, or receipt showing the date of purchase, model number, serial number, and the dealer’s name and address.
Husqvarna recommends that all customers register purchased products online. Alternatively, you may instruct your Husqvarna authorised dealer to register the product at the point of purchase.
Should Husqvarna or a Husqvarna authorised dealer determine that the defect or damage is not covered by the Legal Warranty, the authorised dealer will repair the product with Genuine parts and charge for the repair service.
