WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

Machine Sensor

Machine sensor

Retro-fitted onto machines, the small battery-powered machine sensor detects engine-on time, engine revolutions (rpm), operator tags, temperatures and more. Stored data is automatically uploaded to the cloud via the base station when within range of the base station's radio. The machine data is further analysed in the cloud, providing notification, tips, conclusions, etc., which operators, technicians and managers can evaluate and act upon.

Data Services

When you subscribe to Husqvarna Fleet Services, you get access to three services based on the data from the machines. If you opt for operator tags, you also get access to vibration reports, operator statistics and operator workday logs.

Operator Tag

Operator tag

The operator tag is about the size of a thick credit card, and it connects wirelessly to the machine sensor. The ID of both the machine and the operator is then paired in the cloud, enabling the system to keep track of who is running the machine. This allows the system to provide specific runtime feedback for each machine operator regarding workday log, machine handling, vibration doses and more.

Smartphone app

The Husqvarna Fleet Services app supports work in the field and increases crew involvement. It allows team leaders and operators to access the workday log, vibration levels, workplace locations and tasks, client details, new leads function, individual tips and video guides on machine handling. The app is available for Apple and Android phones and can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play.

Base station

Each installation requires a base station, which is typically mounted where the machines are stored. One base station can serve an unlimited number of machine sensors. The base station functions as a server that gathers information from the machine sensors.
