NATCC - Savannah, GA

The first ever North American Tree Climbing Championship (NATCC) was held in Forsyth Park Savannah, GA and co-hosted by the International Society of Arboriculture Southern Chapter and the Utility Arborist Association. Within the NATCC competition the Southern Chapter TCC also held their annual competition. Husqvarna sponsered climber Jared Abrojena of Antioch, CA took first place!

PLANET Student Career Days - Joliet, IL

Husqvarna teamed with the Professional Landcare Network again to sponsor their Annual Student Career Days. Students enrolled in horticulture programs from colleges and universities across the country have the chance to compete in events that are directly related to the skills necessary for a career in the green industry. This year’s event was hosted by Joliet Junior College in Joliet, Illinois.

Charlotte Arborists Association - Charlotte, NC

On April 9th and 10th, Husqvarna sponsored the Charlotte Arborist Association Tree Climbing Championship at Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC. The event hosted climbers from all over the country and some from as far as Canada and Europe, including some past men's and women's international champions.

Fast Tractor Launch - Charlotte, NC

Husqvarna hosted a reception at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on April 14th for the official launch the new Fast Tractor and the collaboration with Jimmie Johnson and Hendrick Motorsports. Video game stations featuring Jimmie Johnson's "Anything With an Engine" were available to test the driving skills of all ages.
