great mower
have about 40 hrs on this mower. has well exceeded my expectations. first time zero turn buyer. mow approx 1.5 acres takes 40 to 45 mins. only complaint decals do not seem to be lasting. have 1 gone already.

Awesome machine
This is my 1st zero turn so I was a little scepticle of all the promises of manuverability and time saving. Well let me tell ya this machine proved me wrong. It's easy to operate great on manuverability and awesome on time saving. I'm doing 3 acres in 1.5 hrs. and i wouldn't even consider myself proficient with this machine yet. Let alone it cuts great and seams to be holding up just fine. Know I've only used it 3 times so it hasn't recieved a full season work out yet. So time will tell. You can't beat this machine for the money. And a haven't come up with a con for this machine as of yet.

This is my first zero turn. I chose it because of the brand name and value. By choosing this lawn mower over a garden tractor I have been able to cut my time down almost in half while grooming my lawn. This time means money and I am very pleased at saving time. I have owned this mower for a couple of months and am very pleased at this purchase.

not only the best value by far the best product
I am writing this review not to win a sweepstakes, but to say how impressed i am with my new mower. I am a former owner of a lawn care company that used walker mowers and now a home owner who had been hiring out my lawn care needs. I was getting tired of paying for these services because of the horrible cut the mower they were using was giving. It would leave what i call mo-hawks in the lawn and uneven cuts. So i went out and bought my new Huqvarna and am so impressed by the power and the cut it gives i would recommend it to anyone. I live across from a golf course and get comments all the time that my yard looks better than the course!

Only feature I've found that others of this price point is the grease fittings at key wear locations!
Purchased through SEARS had a problem with ID of warranty specific to this unit. Resolved at Sears corporate level now have clear documentation of warranty. The delivery consisted
of going to the Sears store pick up where two guys pushed the unit onto my trailer. They had the seat assembled and steering control arms that was it. I connected the battery, checked the mower level etc, checked oil level, noted the tracking control rod was bent but functional, started engine,
adjusted tracking cut grass! It's now 45 days old and I see the
bolts holding the seat are not tightened and the button on the mower lift handle is gone must have vibrated loose! That has been my experience so far can I give a review after the first year.

Some Cheap Parts
This is my 2nd RZ5424 in two weeks. The case busted on the first mower after one mow, leaking the transmission fluid all over my garage.
The 2nd mower isn't to much better. The water hose hook up broke off within 1 month, tire was flat on the 2nd day, and the mower only truly turns right without the tiring spinning for 10 minutes.
When calling customer service, expect to speak to someone rude. I know we as Americans hate when customer service is outsourced to other countries, but at least they are not down right rude there. This product could have been built a lot better; sadly it was past my one month when I truly realized I could find someone much better, so I wasn't able to take it back.

I found this product really easy to use and very efficient.
It has cut my mowing time from 2 1/2 hours to 1 hour 20 minutes. The main reason I purchased it was to keep the wear and tear off my shoulders, which have been replaced. This it does perfectly. The controls are very responsive and require very little effort. The unit is also very easy to clean and maintain.
Highly recommend this to anyone!
