Go with the commercial mower
I gave the mower a 3 star rate because it does cut grass. First issue someone had the bright idea to zip-tie wires under the battery box and the rear pulley rub the wires in half. So mower doesn't run, had to tape wires back together to use mower. next wash port broke off twice and paint is chipping off the top of the deck around water port. Now the cutting issue deck will only drop to the c cut height or i will be dragging the deck. The front wheels need to be move to line up with the outer edge of the deck so you don't flatten the grass your going to cut, and yes have adjusted the deck still leaves uncut grass. Tried the sears customers service (right!!!) you need the mower for 3 to 8 weeks to evaluate and repair. REALLY!!! Called Husqvarna customer support and they said contact sears..

Worst Mower EVER- Do not BUY!
I have owned this mower for less than 3 years. I mow two acres every week, the mower had less than 84 hours on it currently. When I bought it, warranty was 2 years, now they have changed it to 3 years. Took it into a dealer- they say the left rear wheel sealed unit motor drive needs to be replaced- Husqvarna will not warranty it- I am now stuck with a useless mower, the cost to fix is over $1,000. (Nice seeing I paid $3,000 less than three years ago!)
This turned out to be the best three thousand dollar anchor I ever purchased. I will now go to a company that has pride in the quality of their mowers, knows how to build their product and offers real warranties that they stand behind.

Durability is a huge issue!
I've had strike damage before and I live in a rocky region so I took that into consideration with this review. I once struck a rock and the mandrel broke completely off from the the housing deck and it's bolts. I got a brand new mandrel and pulley and put it on and had no problem. I've been really careful watching for rocks and I've removed most of the rocks that I can see.
However, just today the the bolts connecting the other mandrel to the deck apparently got loose and tore a whole in the deck house making the mandrel fall off. There is no way to fix this, the deck needs to be replaced. There was no reason for this to happen, no rocks had been hit and I had been careful. No doubt husqvarna is going to find someway to wiggle out of paying to get that fixed. I've paid quite a bit of money for this zero turn, and when it works I love it. But it gets broken too easy. Not to mention their website is broke and they don't make the customer service number easy to find. No I wouldn't recommend this purchase based off my experience.

Great product, check the gas tank
The mower has been great. It has exceeded my expectations, but I did have one issue. I bought it at lowes and it was in the crate when I paid for it. Lowes did some minor assembly and I came back to pick it up. The wheeled it straight from the warehouse. I just happened to open the gas tank and look in. There was a little piece of paper that I could see in the gas tank. After some effort, I was able to get the piece out. Once home I took an air compressor and blew it down in the tank. To my surprise, I found a bunch of trash in the tank. I don't know if it was placed there at the factory or by someone who assembled it, but it could have been bad if I had fueled it first.

General performance
I love the triple switch safety feature incorporated with this unit. Having unwittingly attempted to stand up on the unit without setting all switches, the unit automatically shut-down even on level ground. The turning ability is also good, although the units weight it feels a little too light turning on a slight gradient, it has a tendancy to spin a wheel.

Full of cheap parts
If you are considering this mower, don't waste your money. I used this mower one season to cut 2 acres about every 5 or 6 days and only have 36.5 hours on it but the mower has been one set back after another. Quality is seriously lacking over entire machine. Bolts have to be checked regularly so it doesn't fall apart. First cut resulted in right bolt on seat coming out and seat getting bent in mount and the deck came out of level because bolts weren't tightened. Repair tech at dealer said this was a repeat problem for alot of people. 3rd cut resulted in deck coming out of level again. Upon inspection at dealer, the deck suspension bolts were loose again and the right spindle had cracked 3 of the 4 bolt holes in the spindle where it mounts to the deck. I have a smooth professionally landscaped yard and had not hit anything that could cause this damage but Husqvarna would not stand behind their warranty and replace it because they insisted I hit something yet there wasn't so much as a knick on the spindle and the blades were like new. The dealer tried to help and gave me free labor but $110 and 4 cuts later, deck was out of level again. When I took it back, there were 7 other exact same models waiting to be fixed. I got names and phone numbers off the repair tags hanging on the mowers and called them to see what problems they are having. All 7 can't keep deck level. 4 have cracked spindle housings and 3 others are having problems with the transmission. The repair tech got mine fixed and when I asked him what I could do to prevent this issue he said "I own a John Deere if that tells you anything". It tells me volumes.
Folks, stay away from this mower. It is loaded from top to bottom with cheap parts and is a nightmare to keep assembled. It runs great and is super fast, but that is useless if it doesnt cut properly. Paid $3000 new and took a $1000 slap to get rid of it.
