zero turn- equals- zerto complaints
After 4 years and no problems whatsoever with my Husqvarna 46" tractor, I purchased my zero-turn mower. Only complaint so far, my grass is not growing fast enough so I could mow more often with my new zero turn mower. I do believe every feature a person could want is found on this mower, an easy adjustable seat, great power, no effort clean out of the deck, your video of all operations and maintenance is a no brainer and a great tool for the owner. I would onlty add one thing to all of it, a 1-2-3 decal that would be visible to the operator of the starting procedure. I made up a cheat sheet and laminated it to show the sequence for successful starting of the mower. With the handlebars it is just a wee bit different than the tractor. I do like the fact that every safety posistion must be obtrained to get a start. Must go now, time to mow!!!

Goodbye to tractor mowers
Bought the zero turn mower to replace a tractor type. Was tired of making wide loops to get back to cut grass in small areas. Also wide turns to get to the next cutting pass.
There are three items found out using this mower.
Both hands are needed to control the steering
It should have a seat belt, bouncing over roots and some rough ground one tends to slid forward.
Nothing is in front of the operator, low tree limbs and bushes need to be trimed.
Outside of leaving a few skid marks in the grass, this mower has reduced my mowing time by 30 to 40 minutes (have a one acre lot). Gone are the long go around to get around bushes or trees. Now its zip back and get it cut. Trying to get out of the habit of mowing using a tractor type. Learning maximize my cutting time. Mower starts right up, pleanty of power and it zip through the grass. Wish it had a quieter muffler. Backing up in tight spaces will take some getting use to.

My first zero turn mower
This mower was easy to learn to operate. It is the perfect size for my one acre yard and has good power for a fast cut. I would reccomend this product to anyone that wants a quality fast and fun mower.

not happy
really loved it for first 7.5 hours cut mowing time in half compared to old 42 inch tractor mower. did not bag quite as well as old mower but ok. have not seen it since bringing in because it would not drive straight 4.5 weeks ago because it was not driving straight. waiting on new transaxel don't know what happened to old one.

This is an awesome machine!
I am a 55 year old cajun who has "pushed" a lawn mower for 45 years, since I was 10 years old. Never had anything but a "push" mower. This is my first riding mower. And I'll tell you one thing.....I LOVE IT !!!! POWER, MANUEVERABILITY, it's got it all. I looked at several brands before I decided on the Husqvarna. And after comparing them all, I chose the Husqvarna, and I am so glad I did.....IT'S AWESOME !! I would highly recommend this machine to any home owner who takes pride in maintaining his or her lawn. A great value, for an awesome machine !!!!!!!

Quick Mowing
The zero-turn mower replaced my traditional lawn tractor, and there is no comparison. The Husqvarna RZ4623 runs circles around my old lawn tractor. It is much more efficient in cutting the grass, mows quicker and the maneuverability is outstanding. I have cut my grass mowing time in half - Fantastic!

Failed after one hour of use!
After reading reviews I was not sure this would be a smart buy. But, I have a 48" Husqvarna tractor and it has been trouble free for 4 years, so I went against my better judgement and the problems reported on this web site and bought it. Used the unit for the first time today and the left hand spindle failed with one hour on the meter. Started making lots of noise and the center of the pulley is full of metal shavings. I see that I am not the first person to report this, so I assume they are now using cheaper parts.
