I bought this mower in early June and so far I absolutely love it. There were a few issues to start so I'll share them with you. When the mower was delivered it was basically a matter of here's your mower, here's the paperwork, and see you later! The first thing I did after checking the oil level was to grease all of the zerk fittings on the mower. There are only six so it is not a big job but it is an important job. If there was any grease at all in the fittings it was very little and I have no doubt that if I had not done this then I would have had the same pulley failure that some other reviewers have mentioned. I then mowed the front part of my yard and noticed it could have been more even. I put the mower in my garage and got out the measuring tape and sure enough the right side of the deck was almost 2 inches higher than the left. A few minutes with some wrenches and with guidance from the owners guide and it was fixed. Now it does a beautiful job on the grass and so far I could not be happier. So the moral of my story is if you buy your mower from a big box store do NOT assume it is properly lubricated or adjusted. A little preventative care might prevent a lot of the problems some of these reviewers are reporting.

I bought this Model at a Lowes retail store on 06/28/13 at Cornelia location. I spent over $2,600 dollars on this so call machine. I have 26 hours on it and my right pulley broke. With a name band like Husqvarna you expect the best engineering possible, but from what I see that they cannot get their act together with this model. I believe that they should do a recall on this model and make it right for their customers. Now their dealer Lowes in Cornelia,GA told me that they cannot get the part i need but to return it to them and WAIT for the mower to come back. They then proceeded to tell me that they cant help me to find a part. With the reviews saying that they are/have waited for a month or two just to get their mower back I strongly suggest not to get this model whatsoever. As I'm finishing my statement I will go return the mower completely to get my money back so I can buy a CUB CADET or a SCAG zero-turn.

Bought RZ4623 ZTR on 8/4/13
I now have about 1.4 hours on this thing and I am a bit upset. It starts easy, runs great and easy to control.
The problems start when you engage the blades. Horrible vibration!!! Belt tension spring for deck has come off twice and the drive tension spring has come off once. I took the blades off and sat them side by side after all the problems and one of them looks like the mulching part that goes upwards is bent weird. I called requesting belts, tension springs and 2 new blades and I was pretty much told I was crazy. They said to go purchase new blades. That they were not under warranty. I told them that it was like that from when I first started it and the way it is bent is impossible. It is bet the long way. I am upset and disappointed. I own there chainsaw, blower and weedeater and have never had an issue. I excpect this to be corrected.

I have had this mower for just over a year. Blades stopped turning this week for the second time.
the ELECTRONIC CLUTCH HAS BROKEN AGAIN.
This the only negative thing I can say about the mower.

Good mower but...
the deck belt tensioning spring keeps coming off. I bought this mower in April 2013. The spring has come off at least 8 times now. 4 times in one day. It is a 2 person job to put the belt back on so I advise that you DO NOT MOW ALONE! Also, at the 5 hour point the left side pulley came loose and had to be replaced along with the mandrel, nut, and spacer. It only took 3 weeks for the new pulley to arrive. Both of these problems are manufacturing or design defects that need to be fixed.

Great piece of equipment
I enjoy using this mower, and am improving at handling it each time I use it, it is a bit hard to get used to the controls, but with practice it gets easier each time, I would recommend if possible that the steering control levers be spring loaded to the neutral position if possible, I personally think it would make it much easier to control! :)

Great deal on a great mower!
I went down to my local lawn and garden equipment dealer with a plan to upgrade my 12 year old Forrest Gump style Snapper for something a little bigger and faster. It was getting old spending 3 hours a week mowing!
I ended up going for this zero turn because the price was right. I don't regret it at all. This is a great little mower. I can now mow my all of my property in less than an hour. The mower is solid, and it was a great purchase.
I would recommend this mower to anyone. I would also encourage you to buy from your local, independent dealer rather than from a big hardware store. The prices aren't always that much higher and they support you after the purchase when the hardware store won't.
