When this mower runs, it is marginal at best. Cut is decent, but takes cross cutting to really give the fescue and even cut. Problems galore! 4th time to the shop now and doesn't even have 40 hours on it.
I bought a commercial grade ZTR hoping to have it 10+ years. Ugh! Disappointed to say the least!

can't believe i waited years to get this great mower...First time i used it.. I timed my mowing. It cut the time eactly in half!!! i have 1 acre of groomed lawn and had to mow sometimes twice a week. we have 12 evergreen trees on the lawn and i can go around them without having to fight a steering wheel and now don't even have to use my weed eater.
great miles to the gallon
quiet running and easy steering. Jim

I am a little new to zero turn mowers but so far like it fairly well. Was able to mow a little over an acre in about 1/2 the time it normally takes. The only problem I see so far is that the mower wants to creep forward while in neutral. Other than that I lke the mower just fine.

Husqvarna zero turn rider
First of all I am a female over 60. This rider actually has a warning for people over 60 and for very good reasons. You have to be very coordinated to handle it. I had a rider for 15 years that could do the entire acre with no problem on the hills. For all of its power, the hussqvarna is not as equipped to do the jobs I used to take for granted. I have already gotten stuck in just a small dip and am afraid to do the pasture for fear of the inability to take the incline as the older mower did. Cannot relax on this thing, yet there is a cup holder there...yikes.

I purchased my RZ4222F and used it the same day of delivery. The mower was already setup at the dealer so there was nothing for me to do, but put my happy hiney in the seat and mow. The power and cutting ability of this mower is amazing. The three blades leaves a nice smooth path. It cut my mowing time down almost half. The only thing that I have a complaint about was that after mowing for the first time the clutch froze and the mower blades wouldn't disengage. I checked the fuses and they were fine. I called the dealer and he stated he had never encountered the problem before so he came and picked it up for warranty repair.
I would definitely recommend the RZ4222F to anyone looking for a great mower with a Briggs & Stratton Engine.

Like the ease of operation and handling. REALLY LOVE THE THREE BLADES. I have had other 42 decks and they all had two blades. Had to go over a lot because of the two blades leaves a little grass between the clearance of the two blades.Quiet and comfortable.

THIS IS A GREAT LAWN MOWER, PLENTY OF POWER, LARGE ENOUGH TO GET THE JOB DONE, SMALL ENOUGH TO GET AROUND SHRUBS,TREES, ETC WITH OUT ANY PROBLEM. ONE
SUGGESTION...WOULD LIKE TO SEE ANTI-SCALP WHEELS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DECK, ALONG WITH THE PRESENT SCALP WHEEL IN FRONT CENTER OF DECK. GREAT MOWER!!!

Very solid machine!
When I got this home the first thing I did was wheel it to a good flat surface and leveled the cutting deck using the screw adjustments. It was off a little but was easy to adjust. I had the mulch kit installed at the dealer which was worth every penny because it pulverizes the clippings. I was amazed at the quality of cut this thing delivered. I thought I might see Tiger Woods practicing in my front yard after cutting it with this machine. The 22 hp Briggs is more than enough power to handle tall grass. It did bog down a little in tall grass but I figured that is because of the mulch kit. The only thing I wish this had was the outside anit-scalp wheels on the outsides of the deck instead of just one in the middle. Otherwise, this has to be the best ZTR for the price on the market. You can't find another ZTR with the stamped deck and the other features it has at this price.
