Hard worker
I have a small lawn business and bought this so I could get threw gates and around flower beds. I do 6 yards every weekend with great results. I have had it 4 or 5 years and all I have done is change the oil and add gas. Though it doesnt mulch to well considering it has only one, huge blade.

Remove battery problem
This mower is a great product. However, I ran into a problem when I tried to prepare it for winter storage.
There is no way to remove the battery since the opening is not large enough.
I would like to hear from Husqvarna how "actually" remove the battery. Following instructions from the manual won't work.

Nice mower save bad start
The mower is nice but the 2nd time I used it the pulley bearings froze and the pulley was melted and the belt was damaged. Abate-a-weed took care of the problem but after the pulley was replaced the belt came off. I replaced the belt and have used the mower several times since without anymore problems. See photos

It's okay
It works really well but we only had it about two weeks and the fan belt broke but it turns in the dime rides really good and we do recommend it to somebody else but make sure you keep a couple if hundred dollars to the side just in case you have some problems and get warranty and insurance it helps out

Briggs and stratton motors
I bought this lawn mower because I had high respect for Husquana products, but the worsething I did was to buy one with a Briggs and Stratton motor . I mowed my lawn 3 times and the cam in the motor had to be replaced, that took a month to get the parts. Now I have a 2 month old mower with a rebuilt motor. You should have put a new motor on it.

Just right for me
Been using a lawn tractor for a few years now to cut the 3/4 acre lawn at our lake house. This zero turn mower cut my mowing time considerably leaving more time for recreational activities.
The RZ3016 runs great, handles well and fits into our shed.
I think I've been spoiled.

Perfect tool for residential and small lots.....
This little zero turn mower has made my life so much better... What took me over and hour now takes me 15 minutes and looks much better. The mower starts up perfect. Responds great. I am very pleased and thank the Husqvarna company for designing the RZ3016. I highly recommend this mower for the homeowner that has a large yard......

Nice, but one huge flaw cannot be overlooked
This mower is good for folks with smaller lawns, narrow gates, or limited shed/garage storage space. It is rugged: the huge front tires and stout caster assembly are usually seen only on larger or commercial-grade mowers. The deck is solid. It's easy to add fuel and oil. Changing oil was hard, as the images in the owner's manual were inaccurate. Eventually we were able to figure out to drain the oil, and future oil changes won't be as difficult. I can live with this shortcoming, but I cannot live with the blade engagement handle. It is small, and moronically designed. By contrast, the deck height lever is long, large, and parallel to the long axis of the mower, making it super easy to use. The blade engagement lever is small, at a right angle to the long axis of the mower, and extremely difficult to operate. You risk skinned knuckles whenever you use it. I bought this for my elderly parents to use, but since neither my Mom nor Dad can operate this lever, this mower is all-but useless for them. If this one MAJOR design flaw did not exist, I would give this 4 stars, maybe even 5.
